Drink More Water with Robinsons Squash’d

Drink More Water with Robinsons Squash’d

I’ve been trying really hard lately to drink more water. I really notice the benefits when I drink more – my skin and hair is better, my nails grow stronger and I am more awake, alert and have more energy.

Knowing all this I am always trying to get the girls to drink more water. They take a bottle to school every day but more often than not, there is not much gone when they bring it back. When they are home I can encourage them to drink more. While I know that water is best, they don’t really like the taste so I brighten it up with a little squash.

Robinsons has always been our go to squash. The girls like the flavours and I like the way that they have no added sugar and are free from artificial colours and preservatives. They now make teeny tiny bottles of concentrated squash in 6 yummy flavours.

My girls love the novelty of these and being able to squirt a little into some water to make a yummy drink. It makes drinking more fun and they are more likely to drink more and enjoy it too.

These little bottles are really handy for me too. On days out I make sure I have one in my bag and I can buy a cheap bottle of water in the shop and turn it into squash in seconds.

It saves carrying bottles of drink around or buying expensive and unhealthy drinks when you are out. All cafe’s will give you a glass of free tap water too so you can use this to make squash at the table for your little ones who won’t drink it. It is small enough to slip into your bag and forget about until you need to use it.

Do your little ones like to drink water or do they prefer it if you flavour it with a little squash? Mine gulp this one down which is great to see!

The girls are really into YouTube at the moment and wanted to make a little video all about their Robinsons Squash’d!

  1. So while I don’t like the idea of always putting squash into water at home I do pack juice for the kids on our days out and this would be a much cheaper, environmentally friendly alternative. Like your kids I know mine would love adding it in themselves as well!

  2. These robinsons squashd drinks are great – I’ve bought a few for work and they’ve helped me drink more water.

  3. I actually bought these for the first time a few weeks ago for camping. They are such a clever idea. Eva loves it. Don’t know why I’ve never used them before x

  4. Im a huge fan of these robinsons squash’d drinks, it makes getting plenty of water into me a doddle. I’ve also found them to be very useful when going out for the day, as you can just re-fill your water up and add a dash of juice to it easily
