Recipe: Spicy Sweet Potato Wedges

These are very healthy and make a change from chips or potato wedges.

Simply chop two sweet potatoes into wedge shapes. Place on a baking tray and drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle all over with 1 Tsp curry powder (or more if you want them spicier).

Cook in the oven on 200 for 30 minutes, turning over halfway through.
