Who doesn't love a Bounty Bar?! Sadly though they aren't vegan so I needed to find a replacement pretty quick! I'm the type of person that has a really sweet tooth and I often crave chocolate or something sweet after a meal so I like to keep a little batch of something vegan friendly to hand to stave off the cravings when they come and these vegan chocolate coconut balls are perfect.
These chocolate coconut balls taste just like Bounty bars but are much better for you and they are vegan and gluten free which is great! They are also really easy to whip together, and your little ones can help you - they'll love getting their hands messy and rolling these into balls!

-
Melt the chocolate over a pan of boiling water and leave to cool for 5 minutes
-
Dip the coconut balls into the chocolate using a pair of forks and place back on the lined baking tray.
-
Leave in the fridge until the chocolate sets
These are the perfect little sweet treat to enjoy alongside a cuppa or as an after dinner treat. My husband tried them too and swore that they taste just like Bounty bars, which can't be a bad thing!
I keep them in the fridge and get one out when I'm feeling like I need a sweet treat. They will keep for 3-4 days in the fridge, but I bet they won't last that long! These are also nut free so they are the perfect snack to pop
