This is a take on lasagne that we use when we fancy a change. I use rigatoni but any large pasta would do.
1 jar red lasagne sauce
1 jar white lasagne sauce
1 packet frozen quorn mince
Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions. Mix the red lasagne sauce with the quorn mince. Add the cooked pasta and then swirl the white lasagne sauce through. Top with grated cheese and pop in the oven for 20 minutes on 180.
A really easy dish for midweek dinners!
