Disclosure - I was sent the Theraline Wynnie pillow free of charge for the purposes of this review. All opinions are honest and my own.
As anyone knows, breastfeeding your little one can be tricky, especially after having a cesarean section - I should know, I have done it before! So I was delighted to be asked to try out the Theraline Wynnie Baby Feeding Pillow. This pillow is designed to go around your stomach providing support and protection when you are breastfeeding your newborn.

We were already familiar with Theraline having reviewed their Maternity Pillow (which has been and still is an absolute godsend). I was really happy with the quality of the maternity pillow so I knew that their nursing pillow would be of the same quality.
This nursing pillow is small and lightweight and importantly sturdy. It fits nicely around your waist so that the pillow can take the weight of the baby while you feed and you can concentrate more on positioning without worrying about holding the weight of the baby. Also if you have had a c-section it nicely protects that tender area of your stomach from baby kicks while you are holding the baby.
I have also found it invaluable with the girls who find it the perfect size and firmness to use while they hold the baby. Normal pillows are a bit too soft and cushions too firm and small - this is the perfect size so that they can hold the baby (supervised of course) comfortably.
It comes with a removable washable cover (an essential really) and is small enough to have in your living room or bedroom without being obtrusive. I would definitely recommend one to all mummies, mine gets used several times a day so is well worth it.
They cost a very reasonable £23.95 and come in a variety of designs. You can buy them online here. I went on to gift it to a friend so it will continue to get lots of use.
