Summer Meals: Quorn Stir Fry

In the summer when it is hot you just want something that is quick to cook, healthy and light. Stir fry is my go-to dish of choice on days like these. Here is my really simple recipe for an easy summer stir fry.


1 packet quorn chicken style pieces

1 packet mushroom stir fry

1 packet microwave egg fried rice

soy sauce to taste


Simply cook the quorn pieces in a little bit of oil until defrosted and cooked through. Stir in the stir fry and cook for a couple of minutes until hot. Add soy sauce to taste. Serve with microwave egg fried rice.
