If you are a regular reader you'll know that I've been trying to 'eat clean' the last couple of weeks. It's been so hot though and I've really missed making myself a tasty drink to sip in the garden so I thought I'd have a little tinker with my new Nutribullet and see what I could come up with. This was really refreshing and tasty and I didn't miss my usual frappuccino half as much!
Ingredients
Unsweetened Almond milk
1 Tbsp Date syrup
1 tablespoon coffee granules
Simply fill the nutribullet to the max line with almond milk (or a combination of almond milk and ice if you want a colder drink). Add the date syrup and coffee and blend.
This was so nice, has no artificial sugar and yet still gave me that sweetness boost that I needed. I use decaff coffee but you can use regular if you need a caffeine boost too!

Hey, so I was curious to see how to make a healthy latte - I love iced lattes! This sounds interesting, I'd never have considered this combo. Where do you get date syrup from?

It was really yummy! Date syrup you can get in health food shops like Holland and Barrett but I just got mine in Asda.

I love my coffee and this sounds absolutely amazing. I am going to have to try it out. I don't have date syrup but will be googling an alternative to try it. I didn't know you could just use the coffee granules. Thank you so much for linking up to Share With Me #sharewithme

I picked up date syrup in Asda so I think it is easy to get hold of 🙂 Enjoy!
