I've seen these cute tissue paper pom poms everywhere on the internet and so when I found some gorgeous tissue paper in Ikea I knew I had to try and make them. They were so easy, here is a little tutorial....
Layer about 8 sheets of tissue paper and fold in a concertina way (like a fan).
Trim the ends - either round them or point them depending on the look you like.
Tie the strip in the middle with a long piece of string.
Carefully separate and fluff out the layers of tissue paper until it looks like a pom pom!
These will be perfect for decorating Jelly Baby's party and later can be used to brighten up the girl's bedroom!
