I have missed the last couple of monthly family photos, I'm not sure why, it would seem that even in lockdown we are so ridiculously busy that it is difficult to find the time. I keep seeing lots of wonderful doorstep family photos and I really want to get one of us before lockdown is over as a memory. We are still in lockdown in Wales so I am going to make sure that June's photo is a doorstep one!
These two photos were taken on a walk we went on last weekend, we walked over the coast to the next bay where dogs are still allowed on the beach in the summer. It was beautifully sunny but quite chilly in the wind. It was the longest walk E has managed since she fell ill a couple of months ago and it was so nice to have her nearly back to her old self.
We have never walked all the way over to this bay before and on the way we found an old WW2 lookout spot. One of the few things that I love about lockdown is that we are exploring our local area more. Whilst I love travelling, there is also lots to appreciate close to home.
Have you found any hidden gems in your local area on your daily walks?
Look back on how we have changed...
