This is a super easy recipe for blueberry syrup which you can use over ice cream / pancakes – anything like that! Warning – it will turn your kids hands purple!!
Simply pop some frozen blueberries in a pan and pour in a little maple syrup – just enough that there is some in the bottom of the pan. Heat and stir until the blueberries start to pop and their juice comes out. The syrup is done when it is nice and juicy with some blueberry lumps left.
Warning – this will be very hot, leave to cool a little before serving to little ones.
