We love pancakes and I try to make them at the weekends when we have time. This recipe for nutribullet pancakes takes all the fuss out of mixing and making and means much less washing up too! Pancakes are whipped up in no time at the weekends now!
- 225g plain flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 Tsp sugar
- 1/2 Tsp vanilla exctract
- pinch of salt
- 2 large eggs
- 30g melted butter
- 300 ml milk
- There isn't really anything complicated to this! Simply bung all the ingredients into the nutribullet and whiz together. So simple!
- Dollop blobs of the mixture onto a hot frying pan and cook on one side for a minute until bubbles start to form.
- Flip over and cook on the other side for another 30 seconds until both sides are brown.
- Serve warm with whatever toppings you choose. My girls like chocolate spread and strawberries and bananas and I like maple syrup. Enjoy!
