Nutribullet Pancakes – The Perfect Weekend Breakfast

Nutribullet Pancakes

We love pancakes and I try to make them at the weekends when we have time. This recipe for nutribullet pancakes takes all the fuss out of mixing and making and means much less washing up too! Pancakes are whipped up in no time at the weekends now meaning there is time for a pancake treat at the weekend!

There is something special in our house about pancakes at the weekend. Weekends are the time when we can all sit down to breakfast together as a family and so a treat breakfast is definitely in order. We chill out with pancakes, coffee, juice and pop a cookery programme on the TV and just spend some quality time together.

Of course you can use a different brand blender to make these, the principle is the same, pop it all in the same blender and off you go! Surprisingly this recipe makes a lovely soft and fluffy pancakes, but without all the whisking!

Nutribullet Pancakes

Nutribullet Pancakes

  • 225g plain flour
  • 1 Tbsp baking powder
  • 1 Tsp sugar
  • 1/2 Tsp vanilla exctract
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 30g melted butter
  • 300 ml milk

  1. There isn't really anything complicated to this! Simply bung all the ingredients into the nutribullet and whiz together. So simple!
  2. Dollop blobs of the mixture onto a hot frying pan and cook on one side for a minute until bubbles start to form.
  3. Flip over and cook on the other side for another 30 seconds until both sides are brown.
  4. Serve warm with whatever toppings you choose. My girls like chocolate spread and strawberries and bananas and I like maple syrup. Enjoy!

This makes the lovely thick American style pancakes so easily. You can top these with whatever takes your fancy, I really like chopped bananas and maple syrup with mine and my children love blueberry syrup. We make our own which is really easy to do.

I have lots of other pancake recipes you can take a look at if you are a pancake fan…

That NutriBullet looks like such a handy appliance. I don’t have a blender because they’re so bulky and my kitchen’s fairly small, but this looks really compact.

I typed in ‘American pancakes Nutribullet’, and yours was the first recipe I read. Great, no nonsense instructions, it took just seconds to make. Thanks from this Brit who’s just made (and very much enjoyed) their first American Pacakes! 🙂
